Pet Parents in certain regions ( AZ, NM, CO, UT, etc.) didn't see the need for flea & tick prevention due to the arid, dry climates. What we brought to life with the "Invisible Threat" campaign was that infection could happen with ONE single bite – even in places where flea populations were low, and that protection was just as easy. We wanted to educate the real danger, simplify the treatment routine and build a community of "HeartGardians" that made treatment feel more like a treat. Walmart & Chewy pitch work:
